I’ve spent over 20 years working in and alongside government, first in non-profit roles, then as a senior policy analyst, and now as a consultant and coach. I understand what it’s like to manage competing demands, overflowing inboxes, and a calendar that feels like it’s running your life.
When I say I understand time pressure, I mean it.
If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking, “I should have figured this out by now,” you’re not alone. In most cases, the problem isn’t effort or ability—it’s that no one has ever shown you how to build a system that actually works for you and helped you stick with it long enough to see results.
I specialize in helping clients build structured, sustainable systems using Microsoft Outlook as their base. My coaching sessions focus on practical, proven strategies for managing time, tasks, and energy. While my focus is time management, clients often find that when their workflow improves, so does their confidence.
My training with Erickson Coaching International informs how I coach, and I’m currently working toward ICF accreditation.
For Organizations and Teams
Alongside coaching for individuals, I consult on program and policy development, particularly in government settings. I bring formal training in project management, public policy, and public relations, along with years of experience supporting complex initiatives.
I’m especially interested in dual-focus roles where time management coaching can be embedded within broader consulting work. These roles allow me to support both the content and the capacity of a team, helping leaders and staff not only meet their goals, but stay organized and focused while doing so.
With the exception of the fall Boot Camps, my coaching calendar is currently full. You’re welcome to join the waitlist to hold current rates, just use the Send Me a Note button below and mention “waitlist” in your message. I’ll be in touch as soon as a spot becomes available.
I continue to offer free 30-minute consults for anyone considering future coaching or consulting engagements.
